TourCycle generates personalized indoor cycling resistance workouts based on real Tour de France stage data — so you can ride the actual climbs of the Tour from your own indoor bike.
How is resistance calculated?
Each stage is broken into segments based on real elevation data. Resistance for each segment is calculated from the segment’s gradient combined with your chosen baseline setting, so steeper climbs feel harder and descents feel easier — just like the real stage.
Which stages are included?
TourCycle includes all 21 stages of the 2026 Tour de France, featuring 100+ named climbs with their official gradient percentages.
Does TourCycle work with Apple Watch?
Yes. The Apple Watch companion app tracks your live heart rate during a ride and logs your workout to Apple Health when you finish.
Does TourCycle require an account or internet connection?
No. TourCycle works entirely offline and doesn’t require you to sign up, log in, or connect to any external service.
Where is my workout history stored?
All workout history is stored locally on your device. If you use the Apple Watch app, completed workouts are also saved to the Health app.
Do you support android devices?
Currently the app only supports iOS but an android version will be coming shortly.
